Hello!

My Name is Lauren Goodell, and I'm a licensed massage therapist in the state of New Hampshire. I'm also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, (AMTA). I was born and raised in Lebanon NH. I grew up playing contact sports so I personally know how much massage can help an injury heal faster and better, and I want to provide that for my clients.

My goal is to tailor each massage to the client's needs during each and every session. I offer my clients a range from relaxation to deep tissue massage. I'm very excited to now be offering Cupping, Hot Stones/ Cold Stone Therapy's as well!

I just want to say a big thank you to anyone that's booked a massage or bought a gift card! I opened my business on February 1st, 2020, and had to shut down in mid-March. So to say it was a rough start would be putting it lightly. I truly do appreciate any support whether it's a like/ share on a post on my business on Facebook and Instagram or a Review on Google (this one really helps)!
